In the charming coastal town sits a romantic old cottage, perfect for couples or for cosy family vacations. It is located in the heart of the old town, close to all the action, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the main promenade. It is situated only 200 metres from the clean and modern town beach, magical sea and a romantic pier with a lighthouse on rocks. The home offers a perfect point of access to everything in the town centre: wonderful sunsets on the promenade, ice cream parlours, restaurants and shops.
This intimate, recently renovated house offers high quality furnishings for complete comfort during your stay. It has an anteroom, a luxurious bathroom with a washing machine, a spotless cosy kitchen with dining space, a friendly living room, a small toilet and a bedroom on the top floor, underneath the stars.

Thanks for such a lovely stay at Sea House. It really felt like a relaxing holiday. Izola is just the right mix of sleepy and exciting. We had some great seafood meals and spent a lot of time at the wine bar enjoying the sight of kids playing and people having chats. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town. The beach is wonderful and it was so close we could take the bus to Piran and Trieste and explore the Karst region. What a wonderful place!
Excellent location in downtown in a very quiet street, very close to the beach, while in the same time close to restaurants. It was an excellent choice for our family holiday. Izola is a great location if you look for a quiet place with family to enjoy the see, but also look around as there is a lot to see(salt plants in Secovlje, caves in Postojna, Venice (just 2 hours drive), scenic cycling to Koper…)

Prices
Prices vary through the year depending on seasons and celebrations. They range from 100 Eur/night during low season to around 200 EUR /night during high season.
In addition to the nightly fee we also have a cleaning fee of 15 EUR/person/stay and the tourist tax of 2 EUR/person over 6 years/day
The Izola area
Izola is an old fishing town in southwestern Slovenia on the Adriatic coast of the Istrian peninsula. It is the seat of the Municipality of Izola. Its name originates from Italian Isola, which means ‘island’.
Nowadays it has plenty of tourist attractions to offer. The archaeological site in San Simon was proclaimed a cultural monument of national significance. The Besenghi degli ughi palace is one of the most well preserved Late Baroque monuments in Slovenia. The Manzioli Palace, standing on the Manzioli square, is one of the oldest buildings in Izola. The Church of St. Maurus is the most visible church in Izola, as it stands on the top of the medieval island. You can also visit Izolana – The house of the sea – where you can try your hand at fishing and get to know the fauna living in the Adriatic Sea.
